| Training |
When you purchase a high-end Ferrari it comes with training. Owners already know how to drive but Ferrari instructors provide an overview of basic driving techniques, a discussion of vehicle dynamics, instruction on the proper driving line, and feedback on driver performance. This is done so you can experience everything the car has to offer and Ferrari hopes you´ll tell your friends.
SIPLink Solutions will provide training for one or all of your staff. We realize shutting down the office is not an option, so training can be done in one or more sessions depending on your needs. Our training covers both regular and administrative users and if you require training updates for new staff down the road, additional sessions can be scheduled.
We want you to experience all that our system has to offer just like Ferrari but without the hefty price tag, and we know you´ll tell your friends.

| Installation |
Our philosophy is simple; take a serious approach and handle all installations in house, from start to finish. Years of experience in networking, along with courteous and knowledgeable staff, allow us to minimize any disruption to your business while your new system is put into place.
All preliminary SIPLink quotes include installation costs for your system and our Consultants will work with you to make sure all costs are set out during the discovery process. However, there may be times when additional structured wiring will be required and why we consider a pre-installation site survey such an important part of the installation procedure.
Our technician will do an on-site inspection prior to the actual install of the telephone system to ensure there are no deficiencies that would inhibit installation. If any additional work is required, you will be informed of any added costs before the work begins. We don´t like surprises and neither should you.

| SIPLink Customer Service Benefit Program |
Priority Emergency Response - A service representative will be on site within 4 hours to diagnose and repair any critical issues pertaining to your new phone system. This includes, and is not limited to IP/PBX failures and trunk connectivity issues. Replacement IP/PBX hardware is in-stock and available for all product lines.

Replacement Hardware - Our office stocks replacement equipment for all the products we sell, if you ever have a warranty issue, there is no waiting for your hardware to return from the manufacturer. SIPLink Solutions Inc. will replace the failed equipment and take care of the warranty process. This allows customers to be up and running 100% of the time, and not be concerned about having a spare handset onsite.
Support / Maintenance Access / Remote Administration - Our company offers on-line support for any of your phone system questions or problems. We can perform administrative tasks, update information, and perform many tasks remotely. This allows for faster changes to how your business phone system operates, eliminating the time to implement changes to your system. Your IP/PBX is remotely manageable securely over the internet. Changes can be made to allow SIPLink to provide faster service for small system changes, staff changes, install updates, troubleshoot issues, and perform system maintenance, ensuring your system is running at its optimum potential.
Onsite Service - Included in your support package are onsite service calls. Occasionally it may be required for staff to come onsite, either to install a new handset, or troubleshoot a connectivity issue. These service calls are included as long as it falls within the scope of this service agreement.
Software Updates - Software updates are included in your benefit plan. This means when Polycom releases new phone firmware or an update for your IP/PBX is released, you are entitled to that update and it will be installed at no additional charge. This is just another way to keep your phone system up-to-date with new technologies and features that become available.
Reduced Service Rates - For joining the benefit plan, we offer a 10% discount on all billable labor that falls outside the service agreement. Such items may include; running new network cables for a new phone/computer workstation or service calls to troubleshoot computer problems.
Items not included in the Customer Service Benefit Program
- Any damage to equipment beyond normal wear.
- Acts of God/Mother Nature.
- Power Spikes.
- Major reorganization within corporation or office moves resulting in extensive equipment relocation/reloading or additional wiring.
SIPLink shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, claim or expense, direct or indirect, however caused, except as set out in terms of the agreement.
Payment schedule - The monthly charges are based upon the amount of SIPLink equipment the client has purchased.
Additional equipment - Any additional SIPLink equipment purchased within the life of the agreement will be added to the remainder of the agreement.

As one of our many options, the SIPLink system will e-mail all faxes in a PDF format to the e-mail of your choice. Whether "Sales" receives their signed documents at their computer or reception receives all incoming faxes and can distribute them via e-mail, this option alone can increase efficiencies within the office by simply reducing time spent running to the fax machine.
